Charges and Shipping Methods

Voyage store automatically calculates the shipping rate for SpeedPost shipping service.  It allows you to select a Air Parcel / Mail shipping method if you desire.  For volume orders or large items orders there is a chance the automatic calculation might not be correct.  If this is the case we will contact you about additional shipping charges via the contact information provide to us.

Orders made in the Hong Kong are shipped via courier service by Hong Kong Post, and typically arrive in same day or 1 business day . Customer pickup can also be arranged.  Please contact us before ordering.

SpeedPost

This is the recommended service for fast and reliable shipping.  It provides a comparable but low cost service than FedEx, UPS and DHL.  Postage rate are calculated by our store automatically if you select this service.  Further information of SpeedPost service could be found in this link . 

Air Parcel / Mail

This is a cheaper and slower delivery shipping options provided by Hong Kong Post.  Shipping rate are calculated and quote after the order the order is received.  You can use the postage calculator to estimate the shipping cost before placing the order.

Other courier service

We ship using your Fedex / UPS / DHL account.  Please send your account no. by email after you received the order notification.
